“我是党员”是一个标杆，也是一个标准，更是一个高度。党员并不是一种称呼，而是一种奉献和牺牲。习近平总书记在国家博物馆参观《复兴之路》展览时，第一次释了“中国梦”。习近平总书记强调说，全面建设小康社会要实干，要牢记“空谈误国，实干兴邦”的道理。我们作为一名基层的共产党员，紧跟党的步伐，要实现中国梦，“奉献”是共产党人的第一选择，是我们面对鲜红的党旗举起右手之时所作的庄严承诺，也是我们对党和人民多年培养教育的一个回报。“采得百花成蜜后，为谁辛苦为谁甜”，下面，我将从两个方面来谈谈一个共产党员的奉献。
一、践行群众路线—乐于奉献。
群众路线是党的生命线，党员干部是党的基石，是党的群众路线落地生根的关键。群众路线讲究一切以群众利益为重，因此，要践行好群众路线，党员干部就必须为民服务，为民奉献。选择了做共党员就意味着选择了奉献，不要总想着组织能给我什么，而要想我能为组织做什么。
想必大家都知道焦裕禄同志的感人事迹，焦裕禄同志是一个为人民鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已的英雄。他正确使用权力，把自己当作人民群众的一份子，所做的事情与人民群众的利益相一致，坚持走群众路线，无私奉献。在全国人民全面建设小康社会的今天，如果再有一批像焦裕禄同志那样的好党员、好干部，群众的积极性和创造性必然会大大发扬，我国的经济建设必将会如虎添翼，焕发出更大、更多的活力。
二、立足本职工作，全心全意为人民服务。
我是谁?我是中国共产党党员，肩负责任。我是自愿申请加入中国共产党的，我是经党教育、培养、考验的，是举过拳头宣过誓的人，我是劳动人民中的一份子。为了谁?为了“最广大人民群众的利益，没有自己的特殊利益”，正是因为“我是一名党员”这个理由，我们才必然要全心全意为人民服务，这是党的根本宗旨，是我们党永不变色的政治保证。
“横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛”，作为一名基层工作者，我们只有立足于本职工作，在平凡的岗位上无私奉献，才能做到全心全意为人民服务。我是档案信息中心的一名工作者，信息中心是一个窗口服务性单位，工作日复一日，年复一年，繁忙而琐碎，平凡而普通，在别人眼中这里只是一个十几平方的小窗口，但对我们而言，这方窗口承载着我们作为共产党员的责任，关乎着房管中心的形象，更是拉近我们与群众距离的纽带，看似轻松，实则不易。要想让群众满意，必须练好三种“功夫”：
第
一、坚守功。
这是一名窗口服务人员要具备的基本功。上班时间坚守岗位，随时准备迎接办事群众，如果坐不住，群众来了找不到人办不了事，那窗口也就等同虚设。我们必须耐住性子，遵守纪律，时刻忙碌着，有时候家人不理解埋怨说：“别人干工作都有忙有闲的，你们怎么天天这样”。我总是引用我们领导的话这样告诉他们：“苦点累点不算啥，只要党性不落下”。
第二、效率功。
窗口的宗旨就是方便办事群众，给老百姓办实事，因此，对我们的业务水平要求很高，不仅要熟练，而且要求准确无误。这样才能做到“为民，务实，高效。” 第三、微笑功。
维克托。伯盖曾经说过，“笑是两个人之间最短的距离”，而对于窗口工作人员来说微笑就是我们与群众之间最短的距离。群众素质参差不齐，大多数都彬彬有理，也有少数指桑骂槐，甚至讲粗口的，如果我们也带着焦躁的情绪，必然会引起误会，因此，微笑是我们平息怒气的最好武器，这是一名党员的基本素质，我们也会时刻记住在党员身上有一种精神叫做“奉献”。
做人难，做共产党人更难，难就难在能否永远保持共产党人的本色，能否始终坚持为人民服务的宗旨，能否始终坚持为人民无私奉献。“但得苍生身俱保暖，不辞赢病卧斜阳。”
党员并不是一种称呼，而是一种奉献和牺牲。作为一名党员，我们选择奉献，就是扎扎实实从身边的一点一滴做起，用自己微薄的力量唤醒身边的人，齐心协力为我党全面建设小康社会，实现“中国梦”奉献终身。

党的先进性既体此刻党的理论、纲领和路线等方面又体此刻党员的先进性上。而党员的先进性又总是经过党员先锋模范作用的发挥来实现的。就共产党员而言先进性的核心资料就是每个党员按照党章的规定和胡锦涛同志提出的“六个坚持”认真加强党性修养和锻炼履行八项义务行使八项权利结合自我的工作认真实践”;三个代表”重要思想在各自的工作岗位上善于学习、勇于创新、乐于奉献真正成为群众的表率。我认为作为一名普通党员发挥先锋模范作用要异常注重在以下几个方面作出努力。

共产党员的先锋模范作用发挥的怎样样经常地、普遍地反映在本职工作、本职岗位上。党员形象从必须意义上说就是岗位形象。一个党员在本职岗位中发挥了先锋模范作用就为群众树立了良好的榜样。我们每一个党员要立足本职岗位埋头苦干奋发进取要在贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策方面在改革开放和现代化建设的伟大实践中在日常的生产、工作、学习和一切社会活动中起带头作用和骨干作用。以实际行动去影响和带动我们身边群众真正做到平时工作看得出来、关键时刻站得出来、生死危难关头豁得出去让党员的先进性在社会群体中得以体现。

勤学深学。作为一名共产党员对于党章以及领导的系列讲话应该逐字逐句学习党章和系列讲话。要做到勤学深学全面系统地掌握新理念、新要求以学教育引导我们党员规范言行进一步坚定理想信念提高党性觉悟;不能过眼云烟只学皮毛一问三不知不知道其含义成为一种形式主义。党员要做到喜欢学习,爱上学习,自觉学习,使之成为一种优良作风。学习要以问题为导向在学习中我们必须结合岗位、结合作为一名党员的历史使命学习。
学以致用我们要把学到的应用于实践中。不能是党章党规学习了但是不能以此作为规范自己言行举止的标准;系列讲话学习了但是落实不 到位。党章党规是共产党员一切言行的准则。党员干部必须按党章规定来说事、来办事。自觉担负起执行和维护政治纪律的责任对大是大非问题要有坚定立场对背离党性的言行要有鲜明态度不能听之任之、置身事外。在我们现实中一些党员干部之所以不敢担当、

顽强地工作着大家互相帮忙相互学习。我们不时地组织交流不断地和总编室领导一齐总结和分析探索解决问题的方式和办法为解决一个问题我们常常工作到深夜。靠这样的勤奋和努力使我们能够在较短的时间内使播出部的工作逐步走上了正轨并构成了一套比较合理的工作方案和流程。20__ 年我台节目的大面积改版、春节长假、以及全市”;两会”和全国“两会”等重大任务我们顺利完成。
目前我们的播出工作由于新技术的采用效益十分明显。播出部由原先的 12 人减至目前的 7 人屏幕上再也见不到”;蓝场”“磁迹不正”等原先模拟设备所特有的现象并且节目播出准点到分秒不差播出事故率与去年同期相比下降了 70%以上。新技术的应用不仅仅带来了这些好处还锻炼了我们这一批人。
播出部作为全台电视节目播出的最终一关和出口承担着更大的压力和重任。为确保日常安全播出把好关口在 20__ 年质量年里我作为播出部的负责人每一天深入机房踏踏实实地实际操作熟悉每个工作步骤和程序从中思考和提炼合理的规则找出薄弱环节和潜在的隐患并及时加以纠正。标准文件的写作已经改了 45 遍我们仍然不满足。今年我们部门开展了自查自纠岗位练兵事故隐患反馈单制度等事故和事故隐患得到了有效控制取得了明显的成效。
播出部新的工作环境带来新的工作方式新的工作气象。工作人
员年轻人居多他们有热情反应敏锐但播出部的工作较繁杂适应工作积累经验还需一个过程。此刻三个频道的编表文件数达 500多个参考的表格就有 4、5 份还要审片、监看、清空素材、播出检查、挂屏飞字等等一个完整的工序要多班完成。每一个环节都不能出半点差错和纰漏。我作为一名共产党员始终以身作则带头遵守各项规章制度带头完成较复杂较麻烦的工作为其他同志的工作尽量创造好的条件。工作中不挑不拣不分范围不计较名利得失勤奋好学不耻下问。我的计算机知识基础不是很好此刻的工作又跟很多的电脑打交道为了提高自我的计算机知识水平我抓紧时间不断的自学弥补自我的知识缺陷同时还自费报名参加电脑认证的培训班更深入地学习。我期望能够以这种良好的精神风貌和工作热情带动和影响我们部门的年轻同志一齐取得更大的提高。
总之过去的一年是忙碌的一年辛苦的一年也是我感到很充实的一年。在今后的工作中我们要发扬过去工作中的成绩和优势找出和修正存在的不足和差距挑战自我不断提高。

刚开始做一份工作的时候,绝大多数人都会非常努力认真,但是对一些人来说,这种热情和执着往往并不能长久,懈怠、懒惰的心态和作风随之而来.想要实现完美尽职,需要具备五颗心.
第一颗心:责任心
责任心是尽职的核心.毋庸置疑,工作就意味着要负责任,责任心可以说是一个人能够在社会上立足的重要品质,一个没有责任心的人,即使能力再强,也很难得到别人的信任和重用.在负责任的人看来,工作当中无小事,他们力求从细节入手,把工作做到最好.他们相信细节做得好可能会带来好的结局.相反,一个微不足道的疏忽也可能会导致满盘皆输.历史上这样的反面事例很多,其中英国国王理查三世仅仅因为一个马掌,而在著名的波斯战役中失去了统治权.而美国哥伦比亚号航天飞机则因为一块到多块隔热瓦脱落导致机毁人亡的惨剧.都给人们留下了深刻的教训.因此,一个负责人的人必须踏实严谨,处理好细节.
第二颗心:忠诚心
每一个想要在工作中尽职尽责的人都应该把维护单位的利益作为自己的职责,要知道没有单位的发展也就没有个人的发展.维护单位利益的最直接、最根本的方法其实就是尽职尽责,将自己的工作尽可能做到最好.作为教师,我们的言行代表着学校的形象,我们必须时刻记住规范自己的言行,做好自己的工作.只有我们学校有了发展,我们自己才能有更大的发展空间.
第三颗心:敬业心
“你在为谁工作?”工作的目的是什么?比尔盖茨曾经说过:“如果只把工作当作一件差事,或者只将目光停留在工作本身,那么即使是从事你最喜欢的工作,你依然无法持久地保持对工作的激情.但如果把工作当作一项事业来看待,情况就会完全不同.”一位心理学家以砖瓦工为对象,研究人们对于同一件事的不同反应,间接的证明了比尔盖茨的话.他问第一位砖瓦工:“请问你在做什么?”这位砖瓦工没好气的回答:“没看到吗?我在码砖.该死的砖头,我要被累死了.”心理学家又找到第二个砖瓦工问了一样的问题:“请问你在做什么?”这位砖瓦笑着说:“我在建造一座大楼啊.以后这将是一座写字楼,会有许多人在这里工作,实现他们的理想.”当心理学家问到第三个砖瓦工相同的问题时,只见这位砖瓦工神采奕奕,毫不掩饰内心激动之情:“我正在参与一座城市的建设,不久之后你就可以看到全国最美丽的花园之都了.”多年以后,第一位砖瓦工还是在那里日复一日地干着码砖的工作,第二位砖瓦工已经做到了包工头的位置,每天不用那么辛苦,他也领导了一批和他一样为大楼添砖加瓦的人,而第三位砖瓦工已经成为一家蒸蒸日上的建筑公司的老板.一个人对工作的态度其实就是他们对待生活的态度,同时也决定了他们能否在自己的工作和人生有所作为.如果一个人自始至终怀有一颗敬业的心,总是能全心全意地投入到工作当中,往往也会因为自己的出色表现为自己赢得发展机会.
第四颗心:诚信心
“人无信不立,政无信不威”,诚信自古以来就是基本道德标准.尤其是作为负责“传道授业解惑”人民教师,更是不仅要自己信守承诺,而且要肩负着教育下一代的责任.在诚信教育中,孔子提出“其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从.”对于教师来说,以身作则,对于学生来说就是无声的引导.教育者对被教育者的作用首先是教师品格的熏陶、行为的教育,然后是科学知识和技能的训练.教师的榜样作用不是信口开河,而是贯穿在教书育人的整个过程中,反映在教师对学生进行思想道德教育,为人处世教育的过程中.教师榜样对学生的影响是任何教科书,任何道德箴言,任何奖励和惩罚制度都不能代替的一种教育力量.它潜移默化地影响着学生,影响着他们的处世态度和人生观.所以一位教师的音容笑貌、举手投足,甚至衣着发式无形中都可能成为学生学习仿效楷模.无论教师是否被学生喜欢,他留给学生的印象在学生的脑海中都显得很突出.所以儿童是目击者,是一个时刻关注成人道德行为的目击者.可以这样说,与学生最亲近的教师是最重要道德教育者,是学生成长中不可忽视的人.因此,教师就更要注意以身作则,言传身教,这样才能使学生健康成长.
第五颗心:感恩心
“工作是上天赐予我们的最好礼物”,因为有了工作,我们才能拥有稳定的经济来源,安居乐业;因为有了工作,我们拥有了一个实现人生价值的平台;因为有了工作,我们才能实现自我、提升自我,得到精神上的满足和快乐.为此,我们面对工作时要怀着一颗感恩心,这样工作起来也会感觉幸福和惬意,即使在平凡的工作岗位上也能做出不平凡的业绩.
阅读了《工作重在尽职》一书,我深刻地体会到了“尽职”对教师工作的重要.作为一名教师,我们每天面对的是一个个天真无邪的孩子.一个孩子的成长不是一蹴而就的,因此在教师的工作中多一点尽职之心,多一点实干精神是一种必然.
在繁忙的教学工作中,教师面对着许多繁琐的事情,各种各样的工作接踵而至.也许我们曾经因为应接不暇的日常工作而烦过心,发过牢骚,然后我们要记住:脚踏实地永远是一个人在工作中获得成功的最佳途径.一个让抱怨、浮躁阻碍了自己前程的人谈不上对工作尽职.一切止步于语言层面的人最后只能用现实残酷来见证自己的失败.
我们都明白罗马不是一天建成的,任何成功都不是一蹴而就的,需要付出艰苦的努力.放眼看看古代的成功人士,他们的成功离不开实干精神.大禹治水时,风餐露宿,三过家门而不入,用了数十年的时间,才制服了洪水.越王勾践用十年的时间休养生息,再用十年的时间发展壮大,二十年之后, 才打败了不可一世的吴王夫差,从一名阶下囚变成了春秋霸主;曹雪芹呕心沥血,批阅数十载,数易其稿,才写成了不朽名著《红楼梦》.
在工作中实干精神是带领我们走向成功的向导,在当今社会中,诸多的成功人士靠的也是实干.我想我们不得不承认李嘉诚是商界不可复制的神话,可就这样一位在商业上有着巨大成就的人,个人资料里毕业院校一栏里却写着“北门街观海寺小学”.由于家庭变故,初中没有念完的李嘉诚就早早地肩负起家庭的重担.虽然最初他只是一名普普通通的学徒工,可是他脚踏实地,虚心好学,没过几年就拥有了很多资本.凭借自己的聪明好学、踏实肯干的经商天分,历经人生几十年,他终于让自己的长江实业拥有了10000亿港元的资产,自己也几次被评为香港风云人物.
在工作中,我们需要尽职之心,尽职靠的是实干,而不是天天抱怨工作的辛劳.我们都明白“天将降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志,劳其筋骨,饿其体肤,空乏其身”的道理.正像爱因斯坦说的那样,天才正是百分之一的灵感加上百分之九十九的血汗,想要在工作中占有一席之地,不论你多么有头脑,都需要实干.将自己的想法付诸于行动,才可能拥有天下.如果仅仅空谈,做“语言的巨人,行动的矮子”,是不可能取得任何成就的.
我想我们都知道这样一个现实:人的大部分时间都是在工作中度过的,正常情况下,一个人都将在自己的人生道路上工作几十年.人生短短,几十年这样一个数字是相当可观的.与其抱怨工作的繁琐与辛苦,不妨克服自己内心的敌人,人的意念只是转瞬间的事情,在工作中端正自己的态度,认清自己的方向,把工作当作自己人生道路上的伙伴和良师益友.我想只要我们真心去对待我们的工作,在工作中,我们也会得到许多意想不到的快乐!
成功者和失败者的分水岭在于:成功者无论做什么,都会尽心尽力,做到尽职尽责,力求尽善尽美,始终不会有所懈怠.
世界上没有不好的工作,如果你觉得你的工作不好,那是你的工作态度不好,或者说是你的工作还不到位.
有许多人认为自己所从事的工作很不体面.这是因为他们身在其中,却无法认识其中的价值.
自己看不起自己所从事的工作,自然无法投入全部身心,所以就得过且过,还有的人将大部分心思用在如何摆脱现在的工作环境,这样浮躁的人在任何地方都不会有大的作为.
有人曾说:如果你非常热爱自己的工作,那么你的生活将是天堂,否则,你的生活将是地狱.拥有一份工作,热爱这份工作 “在其位,谋其职.”尽心尽力,尽职尽责做好本职工作是自己的职责所在,也是实现自我、成就卓越的必经之路
记得曾经读过的一本书中,有这么一段话:“每一天,都要尽心尽力地工作;每一件小事情,都要力争高效地完成.尝试着超越自己,努力做一些分外的事情,不是为了看到老板的笑脸,而是为了自身的不断进步.”
这段话原文出自比尔盖茨先生在一所大学中的演讲,他在这段话里阐述了一位成功人士的职业信条和经验总结.大部分人刚开始时的工作都是从基础做起:端茶倒水、整理文件、跑腿打杂等等……但是如何把这些基础工作做好?如何从一开始就尝试着做出成绩?这唯有“尽心”二字.何为“尽心”?尽心,就是竭尽心力、竭尽心意的意思,通俗的讲就是注重细节,体现到工作中就是尽到自己的责任心态,为人处事须得用尽心思.比如端茶倒水,对很多人来说,无论用那只手给客户奉上香茶或咖啡,只要面带微笑,没有礼节上的失误客户都会乐意享受的,但是对于一位来自中东或信奉伊斯兰教的客人来说,如果不熟悉对方文化背景和饮食习惯,贸然用左手奉上香茶或咖啡时,不管你的微笑多么亲切、礼仪多么到位,但是客人可能因为你用左手而极度不满——因为在他们的习俗里,左手是不干净的;这样在贸易会谈中有可能因此而丧失商业利益.这就是做事不尽心,没有对自身和客人文化、民族习惯有所学习而造成的失误,但是如果在工作中用心一点,做事注重细节、尽心一些,那么这种失误就会避免,汪中求老师讲的“细节决定成败”也有这个意思.
尽心还需尽力,心是所想,力是所动;想而不为,或是为而不能,只是一味地顺其自然,犹如山崖间一株树苗,虽然同样居于山间,但如果没有足够的养分,没有一种力争上游的勇气,那么,树苗终其一生也就不能成长为大树,不能成长为一颗拥有挺拔气势和伟岸精神的参天大树.那么,何为“尽力”?尽力,竭尽所能、集中力量的意思.尽力体现到工作中会显现出两种状态,一个是尽力而为,一个是全力以赴.有人会问,同样是尽力,为什么会有两种不同的状态?这里有一则故事可以充分说明.某个山村猎人带着他的猎狗进山打猎,猎人一枪击中兔子的后背,但是受伤的兔子却在猎狗奔向他的刹那拼命奔跑.兔子跑、猎狗追,猎人在原地等待猎狗将猎物带回.可是没过多久,猎狗回来了,猎人问原因,猎狗说,兔子跑得太快了,它没追的上.猎人听闻,说道,废物,一只受伤的兔子都追不到.猎狗委屈的说,我尽力了.与此同时,兔子也跑回了窝里,其他兔子说,那条猎狗那么凶,你受伤竟然也能跑过它,你真厉害.受伤的兔子说:“我是拼命才逃出生天的.那猎狗尽力而为追不上我,顶多会挨一顿臭骂,而我如果不全力以赴却有可能因此丧命.”这说明,做人做事不能只是尽力而为,而应全力以赴.人本来是有很多潜能的,但是往往会因为环境、压力和激励等因素而对自己或别人找借口:“管他呢,我已经尽力而为了.”在这个激烈竞争的时代,如果我们还要有所成就,那么我们就应该常常问自己,今天,自己是尽力而为的猎狗,还是全力以赴的兔子呢?以此来激励自己.
尽心、尽力,还需工作尽职.何为“尽职”?尽职,就是做好职责范围内应做的事情.在激烈的国际竞争中,以“追求完善、塑造完美”著称的德国人可说是一部教我们尽心尽力尽职的活教材.德国人源自日耳曼民族,日耳曼民族素以近乎呆板的严谨、认真而闻名于世.所以,当你面对奔驰和宝马汽车时,你一定会感受到德国工业品那种特殊的技术美感,从高贵的外观到性能良好的发动机,几乎每一个无可挑剔的细节都深深地体现出德国人对完美产品的无限追求.由于品质高,德国货在国际上几乎成为“品质”的代名词,正是日耳曼民族独步天下的严谨与认真造就了德国货卓著的口碑.对于德国人这种严谨、认真的态度,国内某房地产公司的老总曾回忆道:“上个世纪末,一个与我们公司合作的德国公司的工程师,为了拍地产项目的全景,本来在楼上就可以拍到,但他硬是徒步走了两公里爬到一座山上,连周围的景观都拍得很到位.当时我问他为什么要这么做,他只回答了一句:“回去董事会成员会向我提问,我要把这整个项目的情况告诉他们才算完成任务,不然就是工作没到位.”这位德国工程师的个人信条是:“我要做的事情,不会让任何人操心.任何事情,只有做到100分才是合格,99分都是不合格.”这充分说明德国人对于自己的工作是非常尽职的,这不单单是民族的特性,更是德国人对于自己职业的要求.如果我们能在尽心、尽力的情况下,尽职做好自己的工作,那么,经过一些年的发展,我们中国也能创造像奔驰、宝马一样的国际品牌,我们企业也能在国际竞争中长胜久远.
有工作就意味着负有责任,从事工作就必须做到尽责.那么,何为“尽责”?尽责,就是尽力承担责任的意思,通俗的讲就是负责的意思.“没有任何借口”是美国西点军校奉行的最重要的行为准则和思想理念.它的内涵就是:责任面前不需要有任何借口;这是一种敬业的精神,是一种服从的态度,是一种完美的执行力.如果职场人士能够领会西点理念,那么在激烈的职场竞争中,他就有可能脱颖而出,或者成为工作领域的专家、或者成为公司不可或缺的人才……曾经有一位商业巨子在谈到自己的成功时,这样告诉人们:“朋友们,‘只为成功找方法,不为失败找理由’帮助我获得了今天的成就.在最初我选择职业的时候,我没有怀疑过自己的选择,也没有对我所服务的公司抱过疑虑;我当时的想法很简单,既然我接受了这份工作,那么我应该在正视工作的同时,给予她足够的重视,我只要比别人多努力一点点,多那么一点点责任感,那么我就有可能因此获得我人生的一个成功.事实上,在后来的工作和创业中,我一直坚持自己最初的想法,因此我获得了成功.”
